A true Hamburg kid, Ines Reinisch loves to set out for new places.
And being a true Hamburg kid, she is also always drawn back to her
home harbor.
Born in August 1978, Ines studied Communication Design and Illustration at Hamburg University of Applied Sciences, putting a special focus on audiovisual media. Ines gained first hands-on experience at an advertising agency in Guadalajara, Mexico, creating and realizing TV-commercials for car manufacturer Nissan and for a Mexican city planning project.
She worked as an assistant to the film editors at Studio Hamburg, Hamburg's largest film and broadcasting studios. For her final year project at university, Ines produced movie trailers for a film project in Hamburg and Norway.
Since 2005, she works as an independent communication designer.
When producing her short movies, Ines worked as script writer, director, producer and editor. Her enthusiasm for moving pictures can be explained easily, Ines says: „Film combines rhythm, sound and pictures, it evokes feelings and tells stories.“
In the future Ines will also say goodbye to Hamburg time and again. But surely not for good.
